Engelhardt, a retired Concordia College professor who taught from 1970 to 2007 in Moorhead, is the author of “The Farm at Holstein Dip” – a reminiscence of his Iowa boyhood, hometown, and a vanished rural way of life. The presentation will appeal to anyone interested in learning about what it was like to live in the rural Midwest in the forties and fifties.
