What is LARL?/ Mission/Vision
Lake Agassiz Regional Library (LARL) is a consolidated public library system serving the residents of seven counties in northwest Minnesota. LARL is comprised of 13 branch libraries and 10 LINK sites. The Administrative Office is located in Moorhead, Minn.
