“Semi-retired” after thirty-five years in the classroom, Ron has pooled his love of the outdoors, a zeal for the written word, and his understanding of students into an adventure series targeted toward adolescents. Set in Minnesota’s famed BWCWA, the “Travis and Seth” Trilogy was written with a specific objective—the use of universally taught writing skills to create stories of interest for an adolescent audience—including the reluctant readers.
