Annelee Woodstrom, author of “War Child: Growing up in Adolf Hitler’s Germany,” and “Empty Chairs,” will present on what it was like to grow up as a child in Nazi Germany and her unique perspective on World War II history. Woodstrom will discuss the challenges of emigrating from Germany to Minnesota and being a young bride in a new country where she didn’t speak the language. The audience also will learn about the writing and publishing process of Woodstrom’s award-winning books. No admission and open to the public.
