To receive your free LARL Card, fill out an application in any LARL branch library or LINK Site and present identification with your current address. If you already have a card, but not a PIN, you may create and enter your new PIN by visiting our Online Catalog and clicking on My Account. A parent’s signature is required for children under 12 years of age. A PIN is needed to check your account, request materials online, or view LARL’s online resources from a remote location. Your PIN may be any combination of four or more characters. Report change of address or lost or stolen cards promptly. You are responsible for everything checked out on your card. Download & print a LARL Card Application, and bring it in to your local branch library or LINK Site.

We will notify you by email of items that are overdue and/or of items available for pickup. If the e-mail notification is unable to be delivered to your e-mail account, you will receive a phone call regarding your available item(s).
Complete and submit this form to update your e-mail address. If a new e-mail address is submitted, the previous e-mail address will be deleted.
