Don't forget that March is Food for Fines Month at the library. We’re once again offering “Food for Fines”, a fine forgiveness program that will be held during the month of March. Bring unexpired, non-perishable food items to an LARL location and watch your overdue balance go down to zero. The food donations will be delivered to local food pantries and for each item donated, two dollars will be waived.

Customers without fines to clear are also invited to bring food donations to the library. “Food for Fines” is not valid for charges incurred because of missing or replaced items.

The health benefits go beyond relaxation, and include exercising fine motor skills and training the brain to focus. Join this latest craze!
