Current Meeting Agendas and Minutes

The Full Board generally meets six times a year. Meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of the month at 5:30 at the Moorhead Public Library. The Order of Business includes a Public Open Forum for members of the public to formally address the board concerning matters not on the meeting agenda. All persons who wish to address the Board must read and complete the Open Forum Policy and Registration Form.

The LARL Board of Trustees is comprised of representatives from the 12 signatories of the LARL Joint Powers Agreement.  The board is governed by the Bylaws of the LARL Trustees.
