A New Chapter for MNLINK

It’s time for a new chapter for MNLINK, Minnesota’s Interlibrary Loan service. The service will move to a new platform on April 30, offering customers an upgraded experience requesting books and other materials from across the state.
In order to accommodate this change Lake Agassiz Regional Library will limit requests to five items during the month of April. You can learn more about what’s ahead for MNLINK here.
You will still be able to request items from libraries across the state, but regular users will notice that the website is different. That’s because MNLINK is moving to a new software platform. While it will look a bit different, under the hood the service is still the same. You’ll continue to use your library barcode and PIN to log in and make requests. However, please be aware that any requests made prior to the transition won’t appear on the new system when you log in. Rest assured that library staff will be working behind the scenes to fulfill those requests. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this new chapter.
As you explore the new MNLINK, you may find this user guide helpful. It includes tips for logging in, choosing your library system, searching for and requesting an item, frequently asked questions and more.
All library locations will be closed after 12 p.m. Tuesday, December 24 and closed Wednesday, December 25 in observance of the holiday.
