Join a LARL book club near you! All clubs are free of charge and open to all. The dates and times below are a general list of book clubs held throughout the region.

Please note that some dates and times may be subject to change. Please check out your library’s calendar or the region-wide event calendar for specific dates, times and selected titles. 

Barnesville Public Library

First Wednesday of the Month at 2:00 p.m.

Detroit Lakes Public Library

Virtual Book Club
Third Tuesday of the Month at 3:00 p.m.
Join fellow book lovers to discuss a popular read. If you are interested in joining via Zoom, send an email to detroit@larl.org.

Fertile Public Library

Resolute Readers – Virtual Book Club
Third Wednesday of the Month at 5:30 p.m.

Moorhead Public Library

Classy & Trashy – Virtual Book Club
Join us for the Classy and Trashy Book Club where we aim to run the gamut of the library collection.

This group of teens and those in their early twenties meet to discuss popular young adult books.

All locations will be closed on Thursday, November 26, with regular hours resuming Friday, November 27. Locations which are open on Wednesday, November 25 will close at 5 p.m.
