Twin Valley Library LINK Site Announces Change in Location, Hours
We are pleased to announce that the Twin Valley Library LINK Site, presently located within the Valley Pines Senior Center will move to a new location within the Twin Valley City Hall in early November. The Library LINK Site will open for business in its new location on Tuesday, November 12 at 2 p.m.
With the move, the Twin Valley Library LINK Site is announcing a change to its Wednesday hours, which will also take effect on November 12. The new hours will be as follows: Tuesdays from 2-4 p.m., Wednesdays from 12-2 p.m. and Thursdays from 1-4 p.m.
“We are very excited about these changes”, said Liz Lynch, Lake Agassiz Regional Library’s Executive Director. “This will enable the Twin Valley Library LINK Site to continue providing library service to the community in an even more convenient location.”
The Library LINK Site houses a rotating collection of books and movies, all of which can be checked out free of charge with a library card. Library cards are available free of charge to residents of the seven counties served by LARL (Becker, Clay, Clearwater, Mahnomen, Norman, Polk and Wilkin counties). Those interested in signing up for a library card can simply visit the LINK Site and present a photo ID with a current address.
