Post Traumatic Funk Syndrome Concert August 7 at the Moorhead Library

Lake Agassiz Regional Library is celebrating its 60th Anniversary by inviting the community to enjoy outdoor concerts this summer. Admission is offered free-of-charge thanks to funding from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.

Featuring jazz and blues music for all ages by Anthony Diaz outside the Crookston Public Library. Audience members are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. Admission is offered free-of-charge.

Detroit Lakes Public Library (1000 Washington Ave, Detroit Lakes)
Featuring family-friendly music by Tim Eggebraaten outside the Detroit Lakes Public Library. Audience members are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. Admission is offered free-of-charge. Food trucks and the library’s Book Bike will be on hand and activities for kids will be available.

Post Traumatic Funk Syndrome
Saturday, August 7 from 7-9 PM
Moorhead Public Library (118 5th St S, Moorhead)
The event will feature the area’s premiere classic rock band, Post Traumatic Funk Syndrome which boasts a swinging horn section and some serious funk. The band will play a set of classic 60s’ and 70s’ hits in an unforgettable concert held outside the Moorhead Public Library. Audience members are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. Admission is offered free-of-charge.

Additional offerings for all ages will be available during the event, including book art activities hosted by the Rourke Art Museum in the museum’s courtyard. Local food trucks will be available. This event is made possible thanks to funding from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.
