Lefse-Making Workshop Planned at Climax Library on Nov. 16

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make Lefse? Join the Climax Public Library for a workshop to learn how to make this traditional Norwegian flatbread and tasty regional favorite. Local experts will be on hand to share the process from start to finish. Equipment and supplies will be provided and attendees are encouraged to bring their own rolling pin and apron.
