Kitchens of Hope with “The Ultimate Minnesota Cookie Book” Author Lee Svitak Dean (October 6-8, 2025)

Join your library to hear about “The Ultimate Minnesota Cookie Book” author Lee Svitak Dean’s latest project, a book called “Kitchens of Hope.” Bringing readers on a culinary journey around the globe, “Kitchens of Hope” features recipes and stories of immigrants from more than thirty countries and celebrates cuisines from all around the world. The author will discuss the process of writing “Kitchens of Hope” as well as “The Ultimate Minnesota Cookie Book.”

Admission is free thanks in part to funding from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.
