Don’t Miss Haunted Blue, a Poetry Infused Jazz Performance

Join us for a performance by the artists of Haunted Blue, a jazz art song project featuring international mezzo-soprano soloist Clara Osowski, composer and jazz pianist Jeremy Walker and jazz bassist Anthony Cox. The poetry behind Haunted Blue highlights works by Walt Whitman, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow and Minneapolis lyricist Greg Foley. This event will conclude with a discussion with the artists featuring topics such as jazz, art song, composition and more. This event is brought to the community free of charge thanks to funding from the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
