Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo

Leigh Bardugo crafted a spell-binding dark academia that explores the secret societies of Yale university through the imperfect protagonist Galaxy Stern. Alex’s narrative snakes between the present and her past, which hounds her incessantly. I finished the book on a Sunday evening after reading it for the entire day and immediately requested book two, which I began the next day. The story is a 10/10, the setting is enchanting, and the characters are engaging.
